Eli's Collision Repair at Mid-Wilshire

If I could give Eli’s 10 stars…I would! Best place in all of Los Angeles. I could not recommend Eli’s Collision Repair more if I tried!!! From begin to end, they were so incredibly helpful, personable, professional, friendly and beyond caring. Absolutely zero loop holes with them. They are as straight forward as can be, and truly and sincerely want the best for their customers. My Audi A7 initially went in for repairs after a hit and run but was deemed total loss by my insurance. I was extremely emotional over losing my car that held a lot of sentimental value to me. The whole team at Eli’s is incredible and empathetic, but Rosie went above and beyond for me and couldn’t have been anymore compassionate and helpful for me in such a difficult time—Truly felt like a big sister to me in a time of need and gave me great advice and guidance as well as encouragement and support. I will 100% ONLY be going to Eli’s for all of my future car needs and will refer everyone and anyone I know to them as well. TAKE YOUR CAR TO ELIS!!!

Sadly in LA, crazy people exist. Came out to my car missing the door handle. Someone pulled it clean off. Didn’t know what to do. I realized I lived within walking distance to Eli’s which meant I could drop off and let them work. Not only did they get the genuine door handle but the paint job is perfection! It’s like it came directly from the manufacturer. I am so happy! The price was fair ( the guy who did this should be paying lol ) but at least I got my car back in operating order and I have only Eli’s to thank for that! Artem is the man!!! Thank you guys so much!

Had just picked up my Benz and did a great job on my rear bumper and gas tank paint scratches plus peeling and for the fourth time I’ve been here Eli’s has done the job. Highly recommend this shop for auto body repair great staff when you see them face to face. Thank you again. Will return always.

Eli’s is the DTLA Mercedes Benz preferred shop. And they told me i’d get the best color match with them. And honestly i was blown away with the accuracy of the color match. While it is not 100% i will say it is like 98-99% the exact same color. You have to be in the perfect lighting and at the perfect angle to notice any difference. And you have to be very very close up. So they outperformed my expectations in color matching. As far as the bumper reinstall, i do feel the body lines could be lined up better. As illustrated in the photo above the body lines are not as flush as they could be but is still okay and on one side it is slightly off. Im not a mechanic so i dont know if it could or couldnt be better than that. So i felt they didnt meet the expectations i had in that regard but still not bad. Its more than acceptable. The communication provided and updates were also pretty good. If you’re concern is paint matching this is a shop you can rely on to match the color

I’m not used to such high quality autobody repair services. Everyone was super attentive. The front office felt comfortable and clean. They offered me coffee and tea at every step. Even the back garage was kept very tidy and organized. They did an excellent job on my Audi. The car came back fully washed, inside and out. I can’t recommend them enough.
