Because we have towing provided through our insurance company, USAA arranged our towing through Eli’s towing. Eli‘s towing was very responsive to our needs. Joe, our tow truck driver provided us with timely updates and followed our instructions effortlessly. Joe was very friendly and easy to work with. Hands down the best towing experience I've ever had. Driver was super careful not to disturb anything backing into my Grandma's difficult, narrow driveway, and he could not have been more pleasant to interact with throughout. Plus, the price was competitive. I'd give six stars if I could!
