Triple A sent this tow company out. There tow truck wasn’t working and the bed was lowered to the ground. Our car was stuck on the truck half way up. The driver had to call another driver to help. Once the other driver arrived, they finally were able to get our car off of the first truck. The second driver stated that they were going to follow the first driver and that they weren’t able to tow our car.after Leaving they left a huge mess from fluid in our driveway without picking any of it up. Scraping our driveway because the bed wouldn’t go up and they kept scraping my driveway. Calling several times this company To complain and speak with a manager to get the situation right and to this day still have not been able to speak with a manager regarding this. Please do not ask me to take this down because this company and the tow service are connected. You guys need to get your stuff together because no one should have to go through this I have called the Better Business Bureau. Made a complaint here. And I am going to go ahead and go to small claims court and file a complaint against you. Since I can’t get no response by calling and trying to make it right with you guys Over the phone. Thank goodness once calling AAA they were willing not to send you guys out again. I will remember this from now on when we use them to make sure that they will never send you guys back out for anything if I have to wait I will gladly.

Elite towing thank you. I just wanted to compliment your company on outstanding customer service today from your employees Luke and Adam. What an excellent representation of your company. They were kind, polite, and quick to arrive. It's a frustrating process when your car breaks down and you have to have it towed. Luke made this process so much more tolerable. Liked getting the courtesy call from Luke advising me he was on his way. I work for a big insurance company, have many customers in this situation daily and will be recommending your company to all of our customers.

AAA sent this company to tow my car and the service was excellent. Shawn, the driver, was friendly, competent and quick. It took only 10 minutes from his arrival until my car was up on the flatbed and ready to go. In this current world of abysmal customer service, Shawn deserves an award!
