Elite is the best shop I’ve ever taken my car to. They are careful, thorough, and honest in their work. They’ve taken great care of my car on multiple occasions and are the only place I plan on bringing my car to. Their prices are really good, they don’t try to scam women, and in fact they’ve always taught me a good deal about my car every time I’ve come in. Steve is an awesome manager and he’s very well connected in the industry. Besides getting maintenance and body work done, they handled getting my stereo system upgraded and my car keys copied. I don’t live in the area anymore and tried going somewhere else once when my turbo stopped working, only to bring it back to Elite, where they did proper diagnostics to find that it didn’t need to be replaced for 3k but just needed a new actuator for half the cost. The team is amazing, I’ve gotten to know them and they always treat me so well; I trust this shop completely and highly recommend if anyone has car work that needs to be done :)

I’ve taken my car here many times and never had an issue. Yesterday something coincidentally snapped off right after I got my car back from an oil change. I can’t say that I trust that it was a pre-existing problem because the problem has never come up. My car notified me of this issue on the dashboard with a message I’ve never seen before. They claim that they didn’t snap it off and said they could fix it free of charge. If they saw that and were willing to fix it for free, why didn’t they just fix it and then give me my car back?? Instead I found out hours later when I needed to get to work and ended up missing work due to this inconvenience because they were already closing the shop.

Came into this shop for a simple engine misfire issue. Provided supplies (coils) for a repair and was told they were OEM and the best i could get, but not supplied by the shop, so no warranty applied. Received the car back, and less than a week later, issues arose again. When returning, I was told my car was once again having a misfire, and a coil had gone bad. Clearly, the shop does rush jobs and doesn't test the vehicle prior to returning to ensure it is actually fixed. They charged me again for parts AND LABOR. Don't come here if you're expecting a single visit fix. They will return a problematic vehicle to you and recharge you an exorbitant amount to fix the issue they didn't fix the first time. ***UPDATE*** The car was not fixed the 2nd time around either. Steer clear if you are looking for a timely fix at a reasonable price.

I would not recommend this shop due to the high and opaque pricing they charged me for a specific service I requested with customer supplied parts - to replace the 4 spark plugs in a gen 2 Prius. They initially billed 1 hour @ nearly $200/hr when I arrived to pick up the car. Admittedly it's my fault for not asking the price ahead of time, however, based on the minimal complexity and time it takes to perform this work, this was far more than I expected. When I inquired about what justifies a $200 fee for the work, 3 team members present, including the owner, refused to tell me the actual time spent on this job. Instead they pointed to things like "the system says it takes 1 hour", "sometimes the job takes more time than the system says, sometimes it takes less", "it's expensive to run a shop", "we're a great auto shop and we couldn't be if we didn't charge this much", and "if your doctor charged you like this you wouldn't object, would you?" Although they ultimately agreed to reduce the price for this job, this experience does not instill the trust needed for a repeat visit or recommendation to others.

This place has been servicing my car for years and I have to say they have to be the best in town! Z and Eddie are experienced shop owners and have seasoned mechanics that get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner.
