Emergency Response

Our troubles began when we started to lose power and a whole Lotta smoke coming down the 40 towards Flagstaff,Az. We pulled over maybe 8 miles out of town and started calling around. Another repair place recommended Robert at Emergency Response. We contacted him and he said he would be there in aprox 1.5 hrs. He arrived in aprox 2 hrs and started to diagnose the problem. It was possibly an injector but further diagnostics would be needed. He suggested to stay at Black Barts Rv park where he could work on our motorhome. He helped us limp off the highway and into the rv park. Further diagnostics led us to an engine head replacement, fuel pump, cam gear and 6 injectors. His expertise, knowledge and work ethic was outstanding. We could watch and ask questions. We have a warranty and he worked with us through the procedure which is to say the least painfull . The warranty company came out twice to inspect, take pictures etc and then we had to wait for Authorization to proceed. Robert and his team were great. Was his timings always perfect no but we also have to understand we are not his only customer. We too had to have patience. We did have to pay cash for the parts and half the labour up front which was alot of money but not once did he give us any reason to doubt his integrity. We can't say enough good things about his expertise and very thankful God put him in our path!

Run Run RUNNNN!!!! Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY!!! I’d give -100 ⭐️ if I could!! 4 children and 3 adults waiting for almost 12 hours on a mountain, for this company because they told me at 1:45pm they would be there in an hour and a half. Which he consistently reassured us it would be an hour and a half over and over. As we continued to call EVERY hour and a half because they were not showing up, they kept saying it would be another hour and a half. Well, at about 1 AM THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP WITHOUT THE MARITAL THAT THEY HAD CLAIMED THEY HAD ALL DAY!!! On top of the fact that the men that showed up, said that they do not even do exterior work on RVs and wasn’t sure why his DRUNK boss even sent him there in the first place. Then when I confronted him via text, he called me names and said “I’m lucky he didn’t charge me”?! I’m sorry, for 1, how can you charge someone for work you didn’t do…and 2 you lied ALL day and didn’t show up until after 1AM…sorry buddy, but that’s not how business works!!!! If you don’t like waiting, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They do not care about customer service or about the people that are waiting for them in this heat in the desert!! —UPDATE— we obviously ended up having to fix our RV on our own and the PLYWOOD we used, did great on our 21 hr drive back home!! This guy knows NOTHING!!

Lier. Unprofessional. Stay away. He promised that he would come out and try to help my driver move from the side of the road to a safe place and order the parts and fix him after that. After 21 hours of waiting, mechanic/owner Robert is not answering his calls or text messages. The driver is still on the side of the road.

Sustained busted class C RV leveling jack exiting Cirle K on US 89 in Flagstaff on Sunday morning. After contacting several services, Emergency Response came thru for us. We camped at Flagstaff KOA and they were a campground preferred provider, so they were able to repair our rig on site. The repairman was a very polite, knowledgeable Army vet and he brought his own assistant. They provided great service very promptly which included welding. MANY THANKS for your service to us, and to our country!
