Empire CJDR of West Islip Service Center

I leased a 2024 Jeep from them and unfortunately, my experience with their service has been disappointing. I was told I would receive my permanent plates within 30 days a, but here I am well past that deadline with only expired temporary plates. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the dealership has been uncooperative and has not provided a clear explanation for the delay. Driving with expired plates is not only illegal but also put me at risk, and their lack of urgency shows poor customer care. I expected better from a reputable dealership. If you value your time and peace of mind, I recommend being cautious when dealing with them.

Had a great and easy service experience at Empire Jeep in West Islip. This was a minor service, but our Service Advisor, Joe Deguire took us immediately and got us in and out quickly. He did a great job of communicating the status of our service through the process and when we were done.

I recently had to bring my truck in for service at Empire. I was fortunate to have Paul, the service manager, assist me. He went above and beyond to keep me informed, making the process as smooth as possible while we waited for parts and approval from Mopar. Paul's transparency throughout the process was commendable. Without Paul's intervention, my experience could have been vastly different. I appreciate his dedication to resolving my issues despite his busy schedule.
