Empire Ford Service Department is terrific. I got the servicec date and time I was looking for. They performed all scheduled tasks and even looked up and took care of 2 outstanding recalls. This is the best Ford Service on Long Island, I highly recommend going here for all your vehicles servicing. My Advisors Gus & Josh explained exactly what was performed on my Ford Explorer. Empire Ford is great! I set everything up with Laura and she arranged for my Bronco to be picked up at work & then returned. It is so convenient to get my car serviced while I am at work. No need to do it on my day off! THANK YOU Empire Ford & Josh for the cute keychain as well! I highly recommend them!!!!!

I cannot say enough GREATNESS about the team @ Empire. Bob Jr was amazing he actually took the time to listen to my concerns and address them - telling me it would be a couple of days (which was fine I had a loaner set up) I recd a call from him in the mid afternoon telling me the truck is done, we got to the issue and you're good to go. He said tomorrow is fine don't rush down. All to often you hear about dealers being "difficult" put their shoes on for just a moment - these new vehicles are insane to work on, the computer, technology make even a battery change a pain in the ARSE! - cut them a break, they are not the enemy at least not Bob Jr or Bob Sr @ Empire, and thank you Trish for making the loaner F150 simple and easy! I don't want to see ya until my oil change and maintenance but if I do I know I am in great hands.
