I've been to this location since December. I was skeptical because I usually go to the shops across the street but my first time going, Adrian helped out with what I needed for my new starter using my warranty. This month, Michael helped me out!! He was very easy to talk to, understandable, and quick to get my services done! Thanks again!

This has been my second time servicing at this center. I usually go to NJ where I purchased my vehicle. I must say the Rep Michael was very professional and pleasant at 830 in the morning. I left my palisades there as my engine light was on but because a part needs to be ordered I have to wait until the part arrives. The manager Khan explained everything thoroughly to me and was also very courteous. The facilities is clean and inviting. I must say my overall experience was EXCEPTIONAL! I wouldn't be going back to NJ. Thank you for making me feel valued!

The new place is very nice and spacious compared to the previous location! The service was much quicker than expected. Service Adviser Michael took good care of my car needs. The only thing I'd recommend is refreshments in the waiting area for customers like donuts or chips, etc., along with other kinds of beverages cause not everyone drinks coffee or tea.

I brought in my car to have a brake issue checked due to poor service from another shop. Service adviser Michael was a huge help. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to assist with ensuring the best solution was reached. I'll definitely be returning back for future service needs.

I cannot stress this enough. Stay far away from this place. Where do I begin. Let’s start off with. I went in there for an oil change and to change my tires. They did the oil change and said that will take a while for the tires to hear from the Warantee so I could come and get the car. As I’m driving my car a few days later my oil light comes on and the car says that I’m low on oil. My husband lifted up the hood and discovered that they never put the oil cap back on. There was literally oil all over the inside of my car. Then, I bring my car back for them to clean it and I Find out that my tires are not covered (after a week of waiting). So whatever, I leave. As soon as I get in the car, I noticed that my tire air pressure is Low, and it wasn’t even for the two tires that I had changed. This was a completely different tire now.. Aggravated enough with these people, I left and went to a gas station and just got air myself. thinking it was no big deal, I got air. No more than two hours later, my light came on again. So now not only do I need to replace two tires, I need to replace three. And it’s actually really funny how they have a deal going on by three get one free. Yes, I honestly believe that they did something to my tire so that I would come back and get three tires. The same way I believe leaving my oil cap off was done intentionally so that something would happen that I would have to go to them to fix. Stay far away from this place. No need for your response empire, I could care less what you have to say. You guys are absolute garbage and your crooks.
