Laura was great setting up the valet to pick up my car. and the service manager informed me what they were going to try to do with my car. I was quickly updated when my car arrived at Lincoln too.

10k miles maintenance, I asked for replace my cabin air filter, and found out they did NOT change it after I get my car back. Also the they left my back panel of the center screen loose since last October for a back up camera recall and maintenance service, they NEVER fixed my back up camera(it’s still blinking/flashing 50% of the time), I asked 2 times to put the back panel back correctly after that, but they still failed, it’s still loose, I guess either it’s too hard to them or they just don’t care about at all. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars, just because Trish has been nice and patient enough from very beginning, but there are things that this service center should do to make Lincoln owners get a Lincoln service instead of a Ford service.

The best FORD Service on Long Island; Great service and awesome staff. Ford Advisor Gus took note of everything I needed to be serviced, gave me paperwork on everything to be serviced. I waited in the huge waiting room, where Gus came in and advised me of the status/updates of my vehicle. This has been the Best Ford Service location I have ever been to. I received my paperwork detailing everything that was completed on my vehicle. Great Service location, I'm definitely going back to this location again. I highly recommend using this FORD Service location.

My experiences with Empire Ford/Lincoln Service over the years have always been positive. Everyone from the person answering the phone and scheduling, to the techs, valets and managers are polite and professional. Most recently, Rob Ciaccio bent over backwards to help me get the most for being a Lincoln and Ford owner by using rewards points to pay for a scheduled service. I appreciate that service does not try to up-sell or add services I do not need. I will continue to use Empire to service my MKC and Explorer and return to Empire when ready to buy a new vehicle. Thanks Empire !!
