Headline: New Management Big Difference. I purchased my vehicle back in May. I've had no mechanical issues for the last 9,000 miles, however I did have some administrative issues. The new management team had the Finance manager review my papwwork. He was able to resolve each issue and the extended warranty plan I purchased was inline of my expectations. I just finished my second scheduled service and everything is perfect. My service agent (Brianna ) was honest about loaner car availability and scheduled service on short notice. She reviewed the work that was done and made recommendations on what to plan ahead. I do like the video text message of the technician explaining his inspection. As most people that have read my reviews know, service is more important than product. I was a GM guy for 14 years and then Subaru for 12. The biggest reason why I switched brands was the service after purchase. I am very happy and satisfied with Empire Mazda. ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM!

Had an excellent experience with Nrianna in service. Her professionalism was outstanding. I appreciated her level of communication. Not always fun to bring your car in for service, but Brianna made it a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Brianna.

Took my new to me 2016 Miata to your service department and the experience was great. I asked to have an initial inspection/evaluation of the car and was extremely pleased with the video supplied to me and the first hand conversation I had with the technician and the service advisers. Love the service here! They send you video of what they are doing to your car, detailing every aspect of your service. They give you an estimate before doing any work. Service advisor Allison was prompt with her responses to my questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Empire Mazda of Huntington again and again!
