If I could give zero stars I would. They literally totaled my car trying to unload it from the flat bed. They caused $8,000 worth of damage to my custom vehicle and then deleted it from their system. They are crooks. Do not trust them. They lie and will damage your car. They have no idea what they are doing.

I recently interacted with Empire Towing and this company excels greatly in customer care. Melvis not only picked up my vehicle but extended great kindness in the process. I also spoke with Christopher who was very helpful and a young lady who answered the phone but I didn't write her name. Everyone did their best to help me out.

Under absolutely no circumstances should you trust this company with your towing. Your car will not survive the tow, and show up with all kinds of mysterious dents and damages. When contacting them for resolution the night dispatcher Christopher is the most unprofessional to deal with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I unfortunately have not gotten a chance to have their service but this is a review for one of the drivers of the company. Today on the West Side Hwy in New York City around 8am, one of the drivers was driving reckless and speeding and I had my family in the car. Once he blew pass our car he looked into the car as if he had a problem. I took a picture of the truck and license plate. The drivers need to learn defensive driving as a mandatory training.
