My experience with empire subaru has always been professional and comforting. The best service dept I've ever dealt with. Rich Ciarletta is excellent!!!! You never feel your being taken advantage of. Rich is honest and is happy to work with you!! I know of other people who have bought from empire subaru and all know rich as he has made a great impression because of his professionalism and mannerism. It's comforting seeing rich there when i need to bring my vehicle in. To me rich sets the bar for all customer service people. My experience has been great at empire from the moment I stepped into the building. Thanks empire!!!!

I was warmly greeted by the service writer. He showed me a list of what my Ascent's mileage suggested. Most of it were very simple items I take care of myself, but anything significant that would be needed was at an additional cost. Most of the suggested list only included inspecting certain things and really nothing major. It was a massive $789 The dealer claimed they do a multi-point inspection as part of the oil change. They didn't refill my washer fluid, check the brake fluid, or anything allegedly part of it. Other than that, scheduling was easy and on time.

From The time I pulled my car into the service center, all of the staff were pleasant and professional. Rich ciarletta was outstanding. He was courteous and friendly. He explained work that was due and offered a loaner car. That was a pleasant surprise! Even though the smithtown dealership is closer to my home, I prefer going where I purchased my car, and where I've been treated so well.

My service appointment for an inspection was fast and easy. My service advisor Sal Modica was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful and kept me posted at all times. I love this Subaru dealership! I will say, this place is always kept clean.
