This tow company was excellent in their timing to tow my car. The Man named Santana was very courteous and respectful and answered all my questions with respect. They have removed my car to be towed in a short period of time by employee Santana. I will you this service if I need any towing again. Will refer this Company and Santana to others as well.

HORRIBLE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! (Unprofessional Ownership & Staff) My vehicle was left in this companies possession, not even a full 24 hours due to me having a serious car accident in which caused me to go to the hospital. I never asked them to tow my vehicle AT ALL, it was towed because of the police, so they were referred from the actual police department that did the accident report. As I was released from the hospital the next day I came to pick up my vehicle in which all towing fees were paid for IN FULL with no questions asked. As I got home I noticed that expensive items/tools were missing out of my trunk, so I then called the company and spoke with the owner to notify him of what had taken place. The owner immediately denied everything before even asking his staff and said that nothing was taken out of my vehicle. He also became very nasty and disrespectful towards me (a paying customer) in the process. No solutions were offered AT ALL to replace my stolen property from this company. Please be mindful when dealing with this company and other companies like this, if they get away once they'll definitely do it again. This is the exact company that stole my property, EMS TOWING with the Purple writing on the Tow Truck. Don't try to clean this up, let people know how you really handle your paying customers. I live in Queens and know the area VERY WELL. I know where both locations are as well, the listed office location and The Tow yard for EMS TOWING. No solutions were offered for my property being stolen while I was in the hospital and this is not only unacceptable but wasn't right for a paid customer to be taken advantage of, PERIOD.

Guy on the phone claimed to be the owner. Was very un accommodating, as he didn’t want to wait for a customer(my car) to be of the repair shop. Called him multiple hours before to set something up but was told he’s out of state and won’t be back till late in the evening. Called him back and said that we can get going in an hour and he said he could be by me in 45 mins, he didn’t wanna wait 15 for my car to be out of the repair shop and straight up dropped the call and hung up. You only lose clients like this and not gain them ! Very bad service. Glad I got the warning sign before I did business with this company!

I observed the tow truck drivers who happen to have the worst attitude ever. I would never ever recommend EMS towing to anybody. I would think when you were in the business, you would be a little nicer. This tow truck driver was talking about tough guys and all kinds of nonsense. What are disgrace

Terrible service! They were contacted at 4:20pm with an ETA of an hour. They did not show up until 7:56pm!! They did even want to tow my car to my requested destination. They were like wait until the morning, which was a trick to get more money from the insurance company for a second tow! NEVER again!!! Horrible experience!!!
