Took a long time to fix but they did a great job on my engine. Had other mechanics look at the engine after it was rebuilt and they said Jimmy went through great lengths to make my car run again. I've had the check engine light come up a few times and they honor their 3 year warranty by fixing it for free. Good place to go if you have the patience

From start to finish, Engine House epitomizes quality service and care. From the front desk, (Missy and Kim) to the gentlemen who helped me with my car (Jimmy and Mike), it was world class service in an environment that was fair and friendly. Its not just about the efficiency and diligence with which my car was diagnosed and repaired, its about the sense of pride these folks instill in themselves and their work. Retail establishments like this are a thing of the past. You can tell when a place is special. Engine House is one of these places. Jimmy and his staff went WELL beyond the call of duty. Courteous staff, clean shop, comfortable leaving my vehicle with them and they took the time to explain every last detaill. Would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

I dropped off my snowblower for repair on 8/21/19, my snowblower didn’t start at that time and it was under warranty. The technician stated that it would take a few weeks to fix because they were currently working with lawnmowers. I did not hear from them for nearly a month so I decided to call them back on 9/18/19 to get an update, they said that my snowblower was ready. The technician said that my bill was 119.49 to clean the carburetor. At the time I thought my sears warranty would cover it but he said no. After I paid the bill he printed out an itemized receipt which stated, to clean the carburetor it was $65 and they charged me an additional $45 storage fee. They claimed they tried to reach out to me 5 times but I DID NOT receive a single phone call or voicemail from them and my number was correct on the original receipt they gave me for dropping off the machine despite this he said it was already recorded in the system and he couldn’t change it. PLEASE BEWARE of this dishonest practice of charging extra money through “Storage Fees”.
