I was recommend from a friend to bring my cars here, and let me tell you. He was spot on with how great these guys are. I came in for a an oil change and my brakes were squeaking. They noticed the cover under my car was hanging down and reattached it for me at no charge. They made mention of things that my car will need in the future and said nothing is needed immediately and can just check the brakes again at the next oil change. Very nice and honest guys in the front and the technician that spoke with me was very knowledgeable and kind. Highly Recommended from me. 10/10 awesome

Took my 2003 Ford F-250 in due to a new sound/noise coming from the engine. Noah from ER Auto Care looked at it. He was able to diagnose the problem. The technician used a stethoscope to be certain where the noise was coming from. Noah had asked that I come in so we could listen to it together so they could be certain they fixed the right problem. You see my truck is old and it can make any number of noises on any given day. They replaced the AC condenser. Now there is no more noise and my truck blows super cold air. FYI that week we had temperatures with the heat index around 100 degrees Fahrenheit . Thanks Noah and ER Auto for taking the time to get it right.👍👍👍 I definitely recommend ER Auto Care. I took my rustic Ford F-250 in for service. The technician Adam was able to ride in the truck with me so he could hear the noise I described coming from under the vehicle. I appreciated he took the time to do this so he could hear exactly what I had been hearing. My truck has quite a bit of rust. So repairs were a challenge for them, but they came through. Repairs included replacing the axle bearings front and rear of the truck. Also the linkage in the front and the seal on the rear differential. The office manager Noah was professional and stayed in contact with me during the time repairs were being made. The estimate prior to the work was accurate. The repairs to my truck were excellent. ER Auto Care finished the work quickly and at a reasonable price.👍👍👍 Jack W I recently had ER Auto replace my f-250 front lights with wiring and tail light. They did a good job. Fast and professional. My lights help me see at night and avoid those accidents and roadway pot holes. They look great too.

Highly recommend ER Autocare Sawmill! My car was towed to them by noon and my battery was replaced and ready to go by 5pm. They called to keep me up to date and were very up front and fair with the pricing! Staff was also very friendly!

Able to make an appointment same day as well as wait for my vehicle to have the windshield wiper fluid sprayers fixed. Super easy to book, quick and friendly service. Well priced work and quality repair.

The team at ER Autocare on Sawmill was incredibly helpful. I was in a pinch with my car & they were able to work it into a packed schedule quick. They communicated great the whole time as well to keep me updated on the repair needed. Will definitely return - ask for Taylor or Tyler & they'll take care of you!
