Wife needed a new battery in her Prius. I shopped around the the Auto Pros had the best program. The had a rebuilt battery as well as a new one. I selected the new one ( was not much more and had a great guarantee. The work was done prompt and as requested. I even had them do a few other things that were needed. The pricing was best I found and the tech was communicative during the entire work. Felt real good about experience

Took my 2011 Prius with 195K miles in for diagnostic for suspected Head Gasket issue. David was the tech who looked at the car and had a full diagnostic within 45 mins of me dropping the car off. I was surprised how fast they got back to me. I expected not to hear back until the next day. David went over the options to fix the issue and was very clear on what needed to be done. I recommend bringing your hybrid here if you are having issues. You won’t be disappointed.

I have a 2005 Honda Accord that was rusted in upstate New York. Oscar keeps it running well so I don't have to get robbed by the dealer. His team didy timing belt and fixed a terribly rusty break system that was seized with rust. Between their amazing repairs and this good old car I have saved 1000s in car payments. Oh di I mention that I beat sports cars in lane to lane acceleration thanks to their fine tuning. They also worked with me on price and timing to spread out the cost. We start with essentials and go from there. Elizabeth and Alejandra are always greeting me with a smile. Great price and good people.

Brought three vehicles in . Supplied parts myself, I was told as of today 09/20/24 we can supply our own parts and just use their labor? Management has changed said technician? The management was a fantastic family owned company that gave the community of Escondido quality services? New management has just got me my wife car my daughter car sent to another company right down the street that offers the same service and such a lost to Escondido auto pro I did like their service but not no more
