Purchased an Espar Heater and installed it myself under front passenger seat of 2022 Ford Transit. I'm glad I purchased from Espar of Michigan because I've had a few problems mostly due to the learning curve on my end. These guys have have always been professional and respectful when I have called in for some assistance. They have gone above and beyond to help me. Never rude to me even when I ask dumb questions and make mistakes on my end. You need to really pay attention to the details if you're attempting a DYI install. It is not a beginner project, and was very time consuming. I probably would have had them install it if I was within reasonable driving distance. My experience with their support was very good. You may not get someone on the phone every time you call, but keep trying, be patient, they will pick up or get back to you.

My experience with this company was EXCELLENT, I have a 2023 Kenworth that came from the factory with a partial espar install due to a back order on the heater units, I had to figure out what I needed to complete this install since my dealer was clueless. Ray and Aaron were very informative since they have seen several trucks come in this way. They hooked me up with all the parts and offered services, but since I’m in Florida it wasn’t an option. But I am happy to say they were spot on, excellent service and now I have bunk heat!

I can not recommend EoM enough. 52 yrs OTR and these folks are the best. A service bay down in New Boston. Clint & Brian & Ray up in the parts whse, = a great team. The expertise and attention to detail was perfect. Customer service, 10 stars! R&R a 15 yr old D2 heater and solved long term issues with knowledge and skill. Thank you Espar of Michigan!

Bought an espar heater from them and got it within two days. I had a small question when installing and the technician was very helpful and friendly. Heater runs and works great in my van. Will buy from them again.

I scheduled an install appointment with the owner, travelled cross country for the appointment, and when I arrived, the one worker there had no idea that his boss had scheduled this appointment. They wanted more $$$$ than quoted, which I refused. Avoid.
