Others in Yucaipa have told me great things about the mechanic: that he's knowledgeable, hard working, and gives fair pricing. I stopped by to get an error code reset and some lady outside said it will cost atleast $75. I honestly don't know if she works there or not. She wasn't the kind mechanic others have referenced. I hope a competitor isn't trying to sabotage your business. Edit: Well l didn't ask any work to be done for free. $75 to clear a code is highway robbery. $20 or $30 for a minute of work is more than fair. I know it was hot out yesterday so I excused your justification to try to take advantage of my misfortune. I wish you good luck in your business but none will come from me or anyone I know.

I don’t even know where to start with our experience with Odilia and Walter. It has been a really long hard week traveling from Utah to say goodbye to my sister who died suddenly from cancer. On our way home our Audi Q7 started acting up and shorting out. I got to a AutoZone in San Bernardino and just couldn’t get it working correctly. I googled shops and found European Automotive in Yucaipa. The positive reviews were great and I just hoped that they could help me. I got it towed LATE Thursday night left them a VM then just hoped they would help. I called the next day and they were incredibly helpful! It was a nice to have such honest true help. I felt like they were my friends. They got things going Saturday and off we went again. Sadly the same thing happened so back to their shop late Saturday again hoping Monday they could help. Exactly as before they got right on it and I’m so proud to say I’m back safely with my family with my car running great. Not only this amazing experience but they were so generous with what they charged. Im forever grateful for the kind and honest help they gave me and my family to help us get home safely. I wish I were closer to use their service every tune up. But for now I’ll leave my review and send any friend I have in Cali their way. Thanks so much Odilia and Walter!

Took in our Mini Cooper to get a thermostat replaced and a day and a half later it was ready to go! They kept in communication with me and they let me know of other things they recommend I'd get repaired. Once we picked up the car they showed us the old parts and yeah, they definitely needed replacement. Prices are reasonable for European motors. I definitely recommend them.

This family business is the literal best. They not only do incredible diagnostics and repairs, but they do right by the customer. Very friendly, very transparent. I’ll be bringing my F-150 and Audi here for as long as they are around. 5-Stars, highly recommended.
