I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to give credit where it’s due – Everything Auto in Franklin Square deserves all the stars and more! I have a couple of European cars that I’ve been struggling with for months. I took them to a few shops and, honestly, no one could figure out what was wrong. I was getting ready to give up until a friend told me about Everything Auto. I’m so glad I gave them a shot. From the moment I walked in, I could tell these guys knew their stuff. The team at Everything Auto has deep knowledge of European cars – we’re talking BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz – and they didn’t just fix my cars; they totally revived them. They spent the time to listen to my concerns, ran a full diagnostic, and figured out the issue that no one else could. And they did it FAST. I was expecting a hefty bill (given how hard it’s been to get my cars fixed), but I was pleasantly surprised. Their pricing was super reasonable for the quality of work they did. No hidden fees, no gimmicks. The best part? Both of my cars are running like new! I was about to drop serious money on a new car, but now I feel like I just got a brand-new ride without having to spend that cash. Seriously, if you’ve got a European car that’s giving you trouble, don’t waste your time with the other shops in the area. Everything Auto is the real deal. I’m telling all my buddies to take their cars here from now on. Professional, knowledgeable, and just flat-out amazing work. These guys saved me, and I couldn’t be more grateful! I had my alternator replaced at Everything Auto Store, and unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare. During the repair, the mechanic somehow damaged my AC drain hose, which I didn’t even notice until I started having issues with the air conditioning system soon after the service. When I returned to the shop to address the issue, the mechanic had the nerve to charge me $200 just to diagnose the problem – a problem that they had caused in the first place! It's extremely frustrating to be treated like this, especially when you're trusting them to handle the repairs. They should have owned up to the damage and fixed it without charging me for something that wasn’t my fault. Instead, they tried to pass the blame and squeeze more money out of me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes, and their customer service is awful. I will never be coming back to Everything Auto Store. Please take your car somewhere else if you value your time and money!

I got a lot of work done here for my 2004 lexus is300 and everytime I am always impressed. Everyone that works here is great and they take care of your car. I see myself being a customer for a long time
