On Christmas day, my car was backed into and the guy recommended that I take the vehicle to Excalibur. So I Call them up got the car evaluated dropped it off on January 6 was told it would take 4 to 5 days was able to pick it up on January 9. Excalibur did an amazing job on the repair of my vehicle. Highly recommend them. They’re very responsive with callbacks. If you have any questions and their office personnel are very kind and courteous.

The staff here are amazing! They went above and beyond, specifically when the tow company delivered my car to the wrong location... The staff did amazing detective work, found it and got it back on their lot! 15/10 would recommend!

Was sideswiped by an 18 wheeler. They were in my insurance company's repair network and were highly recommended by my mechanic friends. They did a great job on the repair. Would definitely recommend them.

I spoke to a Bren who was very rude and condescending. I have have work done with Excalibur on several occasions and after today with her refusing to take a message for the owner after several request and refused to give me his/or her name as if she is the only point of contact. I spoke to one of their representatives (Jason) at 8:30 a.m. this morning who advised and advised him of my situation and advised him that it was being towed in this morning and he took my information and advised me to drop it off. Now, Bren is advising me to have it picked up because I cannot pay out of pocket because they have had issues with others paying out of pocket....Everyone doesn't have the same issues and I wouldn't have sent it there if I could not pay. I have never experienced this poor customer service with my prior interactions with them and would like for the owner to contact me directly.

Smooth repair process. The damage to my car was relatively minor but a walk-in estimate was done within 10 minutes and then I was able to drop off my car to start repairs just a few days later. My vehicle was ready on the estimated date with regular text updates in between and a personal phone call when the vehicle was ready for pickup. Having a rental option onsite was convenient and ultimately the work and paint job was well done.
