The reason I always sponsor this place is mainly because of the excellent way they treat customers. The employees explain in detail using examples and explicit vocabulary to understand the process. Their tailoring work is high quality, quick, and carefully crafted. Additionally, the prices are comparable in the market, but nothing guarantees the service and kindness of the employees parying attention to all the details. Excellence Auto Repair Corp was recommended by a friend who is skilled at fixing cars, but had to bring his car there for a serious emergency repair while he was driving in the Bronx. This is a really quick and inexpensive car repair shop. A good place for an oil change in a pinch. The mechanics were very friendly and thoughtful. They did not upcharge me for extra jobs I do not need (which is a huge problem I have with most auto repair shops, especially in Northern NJ). It was definitely worth the drive (and the GWB toll) from New Jersey, and I will go there for big repair jobs if there is something friend and I cannot fix. Communication of invoices between the mechanic and cashiers could have been better and more swift. I also wish they put a windshield sticker telling me the date and mileage I got the oil change, but those are minor, humble suggestions. I would recommend, especially for those who live in Northern Jersey and don't want to pay an arm and a leg for auto maintenance and repair, even a simple oil change.

Got my 2022 Tacoma serviced here, do yourself a favor read the reviews before you service your car here the one star reviews are very real.. terrible place to service your car. Oh and the secretary looks like she doesn’t wanna work there full of excuses no results….

The new manager of this place is destroying the owner’s business by having crazy expensive labor work costs compared to the competition. Long story short, initially, i wrote a very long paragraph and decided to make it short instead. I dont remember the new manager’s name but i know he remembers me. I tried to negotiate with him about discounting $10 off labor work and he tried to give it to me in cash on my hand in a way of humiliation. In fact i led him know that is very disrespectful. And i dont tolerate that behavior. Regardless i was a regular customer and expent about $3,000 in one week to get my car fix. He didn't care about being profesional with me. What he didn't knew is that i wanted to have that discount so that i can give it as a tip to the mechanic like i usually do. The mechanics of this place are nice and humbles but the new manager does not know about providing great customer service and how to negotiate with people. I guess he came off a jungle and doesn't understand how businesses works. This is why the place each day is so empty. If the owner is reading this you need to take care your business. I wont come again to this place ever.
