EXCELLENT AUTO GLASS

Orville was fantastic! He replaced my grandson's windshield quickly and then took the time to talk to him about his wipers and the cover. He was genuinely courteous and I could see he knew exactly what he was doing. I'm definitely moving my business to Excellent Auto Glass for our vehicles. From start to finish, it's all in the name... Excellent!

Did my glass once I I receive spam calls non stop for years now! They bother my 81 year old father too to where he turns off his phone during the mornings. My number has been given out to so many people! Fine ur windshield is done but ur gone hear about it non stop even after u have asked to be taken off the call list numerous times. Shame!

From start to finish service was excellent! Thanks for answering all my questions, breaking down the insurance and ensuring I had glass coverage! I paid $0 for top of the line glass, yes $0!!!! It’s rare to find such good service in this day. You guys rock!!!!

Excellent customer service and quality work! I spoke with Chris the night before and he was able to schedule me for a replacement windshield first thing in the morning the following day. Chris did such an amazing job explaining everything in detail while still being genuine and personable. The technician the following day Randy or Ray was honest and efficient with the job. I couldn’t believe how quickly it took to set up an appointment and get the job done. I highly recommend Excellent Auto Glass. They were honest, quick, and great pricing. Companies like this will stand the test of time. Thank you for your quality work and genuine care in people. This is how customer service should be done.

Updated Edit: Review changed to 5 stars. The owner reached out to me to work out a solution to the issue described below. It seems there may have been a miscommunication regarding the cost of the repair. It is nice to see a company that takes the initiative to solve customer problems like this. As mentioned in the original review, there were no problems at all with the customer service or promptness of service. Edit: I see that the owner sent me an email regarding this. Will update the review pending further action. I'm really disappointed that I have to give this a negative review. Here's the situation: my rear DS window broke on the freeway a few days ago. I ordered the glass myself and completely disassembled the door to install the glass. I didn't feel confident that I would be able to get it in alone due to the weird angle that it needed to be slid in, so I called to see if a technician could come out to JUST slide the glass into the door. I was quoted $50-180, depending on the amount of work needed. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and courteous. I received a call from the technician within an hour to let me know he would be arriving soon. He arrived and was extremely friendly and helpful. It took about 10 minutes to put the glass in (there was a trim piece on the outside of the window frame that needed to be removed prior to putting the glass in; one screw was removed and the trim was slid out. There was also a guide track on the inside of the door that needed removed.). Once the glass was in, he discovered that the window regulator was bad, so he anchored the bracket to the track with a self-tapping screw to prevent it from sliding down until I could replace the regulator. He called the office to ask about the charge, and he told me that it was $150. I was obviously surprised that 10-15 minutes of work (removing the trim, sliding the glass in, and installing the screw) was worth ~$10/minute. Due to the minimal amount of work that was done, I was fully expecting that the charge would be the $50 (minimum) amount that I was quoted. I understand that there has to be a charge for travel and labor, but a charge that is almost the maximum I was quoted is EXTREMELY excessive. I'd give 5 stars for the customer service, friendliness of the interaction, and promptness of the service. I'd give negative stars if I could for the cost to labor calculation. As I mentioned at the beginning, I'm disappointed that I have to leave a negative review because they seem like a good company.

Special thanks to Bobby #3263 for calling me back and explaining the process so well to me. He was even able to help my daughter get her windshield fixed too! I'm so glad to have piece of mind that my family is driving safe!
