Excite Auto body has completed an awesome restoration on my 2010 Dodge Challenger RT. Thanks out to all the guys that worked on my vehicle. You guys are awesome! You did a fabulous job! and a special thanks to Ricky Baldwin, And the general manager Dennis for facilitating the completion.

Johnny and the guys at Excite are amazing! After a hit and run early July tried to get into several well known shops around the city and the earliest availability was late October. After breaking down and turning to Google I came across Excite Collision. A few people I mentioned the shop to were skeptical because of the Cleveland ave location and the reputation some of the other shops in the area have but I decided to at least check them out. I called, Johnny answered and was able to squeeze me in same day for an estimate and told me I could drop the car off as early as the next morning (double bonus points)! I knew the insurance missed quite a few important parts on their estimate and this was confirmed by Excite. In no time they had the supplemental estimate approved and got to work. While there were several speed bumps and delays along the way, between the car being a newer model and a scarcity of parts effecting all collision shops, Johnny never missed a beat! He relayed any info resulting in a change of our target date along with progression updates from communicating with the adjuster to what step they were currently working on the extensive checklist. Above and beyond with the customer service! Always personable, cheerful, responsive and even resourceful; he even went as far as communicating through email when my hectic schedule caused the game of phone tag. The cherry on top was him working his hand to save me a significant amount of money out of my pocket…which is unheard of in his industry. I can’t forget the extra cherries he ended our first encounter with…after working all day he stayed an hour after close to ensure I didn’t go another day without my car after getting off late and stuck in traffic. I rarely write reviews but after everything mentioned followed by extreme satisfaction once arriving and seeing their work taking this time out was an absolute must. Excite is a small hidden Gem right in the middle of the inner city. Fingers crossed it won’t be necessary but if so they will definitely be my go to for any future body work. 5 stars isn’t enough 10/10 the only shop I will recommend to anyone. PS…while I didn’t use it they also have a program available offering loaner cars while you wait

This was by far the best experience I have ever had getting my car repaired. The staff is very professional. They relieved a lot of stress by making sure I had transportation during the auto workers strike and giving me weekly reports on the status of the repairs of my car. The finished job was awesome. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend Excite to you.
