With this being my first time ever having to get an oil change Yvette made me feel super comfortable. She was super knowledgeable and informative. She didn’t push me to get things done that wasn’t needed and she made sure before I left what and when things needed to be done to my truck. It also made me super comfortable and excited to see a black women getting down and dirty. Thanks for your services and I will def be back.

The BEST oil change center I've ever been to. I had a squirrels nest under my hood. They cleaned every thing from my hood with no extra charge. I have used this location several times, I have always been completely 100% satisfied!

I'll NEVER go back here again. I came here pretty regularly for about 5 yrs because it was right down the street from one of my jobs but the last and final time I'll ever go there was after they broke the housing of the oil filter clean off my car, blaming the last place I took my car to, claiming it must've been put on with torques. Fine. I was told by the owner that, "I take care of my people". I almost believed her because she gave me a ride home that day, it was on a Friday. Well, that was a lie because I had to wait for almost 4 days for my car after that. Why? Because the part didn't come in one whole day (Saturday) and the following day was a Sunday and I was told they were closed on Sunday, obviously, after breaking things on your car, there still are no exceptions. I finally got the call that my car was ready midday on Monday. It didn't stop there. I was charged for the oil change AND the part that was broken on their premises, by their employees. I work 7 days a week so I lost money every one of those days I was without my bread and butter, which the owner who takes care of her people knew. Fast-forward to today and of course, I didn't take my car back to them for the next oil change but get this!!!! The shop I took it to today, refused to do the oil change as a responsible establishment that they are because NOW the plug is on too tight. If you want to get royally screwed with no lube (pun intended), go to these guys. They will rob you with a huge smile while reaching around to thrust the dagger in your back. NEVER AGAIN.
