I needed a tire repair after finding multiple nails in my tire. I spoke with Rob who told me to come right over! Rob met me as I drove in, he noticed the spare on the front of my car …. He quickly assessed the condition of the tire, determined that it would need replacing. Express oil Change had my exact tire in stock! New tire was installed, test drive was performed and I was out of the shop in under 45 minutes! Truly professional! I would highly recommend Rob and the staff of Express Oil Change at the corner of Woodruff and Roper Mountain Rd, Greenville!

Absolutely a professional outfit! I scheduled a 3pm appointment with their other location for a tune-up and oil change and drove from Raleigh, NC to only get a run around and how they just couldn’t do it, so I rushed to this location only to get the best service and a understatement that I drive a lot of miles for my work and I was heading home to Atlanta. They rushed me through with the tune up and a full synthetic oil change all last minute on a Friday evening! I can’t say enough praise for the team they have at this location, everyone of them deserve a raise! I personally over the years have used this location for services and they have my family’s business from now on. Great job!

I am relatively new to the area. I was having an issue with a tire on my wife's car and stopped into this place to see if they could diagnose the problem. I could not have been more impressed with the service. Super friendly guys. Through some basic conversation, it seemed like a bunch of them have been working there as a group together for years and they seemed to have a nice thing going on. I am historically wary of automotive service places in the past as at times as a customer I felt pressured, hustled and I'd find out later even overcharged. These guys were the direct opposite. Super helpful, took the car right away and actually solved the tire issue and did it for FREE. Didn't pressure me into buying some extra service. This place has absolutely earned our family's business when it comes to automotive service issues. I highly recommend them.

Steve is by far the most honest, timely, and hardworking mechanic I have ever had the pleasure to trust my vehicles with. No one who works in the back shop is going to feed you any b.s. and sell you something you don't need. This location is successful for one specific reason they are honest! As long as I live within 100 miles from wherever Steven Grube is working, he is who I will trust with my vehicles.

Was taking a quick trip to Greenville in one of our trucks from our dealership and in the process discovered a transmission issue. The guys helped diagnose it and give great recommendations. They even leveled out the fluid to the proper level.
