I drove my 20-year-old Trailblazer to Forest City from Florida to visit family for the New Year’s holiday. I was scheduled to leave for Florida on Thursday after the holiday. Found the radiator leaking just as I was ready to leave. Called several local shops and they were all booked solid. I was recommended to Extra Mile Auto Repair. After explaining my desperate situation to Chris, he assured me he would have me on the road by Friday. I brought the truck to Chris at 0930 and by 1530 that afternoon I was on my way back to Florida. The radiator was replaced correctly and at a more than reasonable price, especially considering my situation. Chris is truly a stand-up individual operating an exceptional and honest business. I am greatly appreciative of the effort put forth by Chris and his team and I would recommend Extra Mile Auto Repair to anyone in need of automotive service.

Chris and his team are excellent! They got to my vehicle quickly, fixed the issue and went out of their way to make sure it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Very professional, fast, and honest mechanic! Will be using them again for all my mechanical needs

It's hard finding an experienced and honest mechanic now a days. In fact the shop prior to my visit to Extra Mile was trying to take advantage of me. Charging me four times more than Extra Mile. Chris at Extra Mile, was very informative, honest and forthright. He explained every aspect of my repair. His communication with me about parts coming in, when he would be done, etc., were very welcomed. It has been a few decades since I have had this kind of positive experience with an automotive repair shop. Great pricing, honest work, excellent communication, and simply an outstanding business serving Forest City. Thank you Chris.

We've used this place as our mechanic for the last four years. We're so thankful to have found a reliable mechanic! There is sometimes a bit of a wait, but if it's an emergency, they're good about working you in. The employees are all very trustworthy and helpful. They have been very honest with us as far as what is going on with our vehicles. We've told many of our friends and family about it, and now they are customers as well. I highly recommend Extra Mile!
