EZ Towing

I got myself in a little bit of a pickle with the vehicle I just had serviced and now after going on the freeway the vehicle decided to not work anymore. I pulled over to a side street in the neighborhood off the freeway and put my car in a safe spot. I called EX Towing to tow it to the transmission service center where I got my transmission rebuilt and they were able to do it the next day in the morning because it was too late in the afternoon. The guy on the phone was very helpful and scheduled me for a tow the next morning and the guy arrived promptly. He lifted up my vehicle and did the necessary tiedowns to tow the vehicle safely. The service was super friendly and you could tell the driver was experienced. My vehicle arrived safely to the transmission service center with no issues. They sent me a text message with a link to pay the bill online by credit card. If I need any more towing services in the future I would definitely not hesitate to call EZ Towing again because what they are providing is good service with a smile. Thank you for the tow.

The tow truck driver Juan arrived in about 20min. He was very kind and professional. The ride was smooth. The service was straightforward and not complicated at all! I would definitely use EZ towing again in the future!

Over the last couple years, I’ve had more encounters with towing companies than imagineable. During that time, I’ve left two reviews, only one for exceptional service. My experience with EZ Towing not only exceeded any experience I’ve had with a towing company, but exceeded any experience I’ve had in overall service. From the moment I called, the most professional and kind dispatcher answer, John. John provided information for every step of the call and collected details that after previous bad experiences with towing companies really made me feel like he was taking all the right measures. His detail-oriented and warm approach made me feel safe and like I would be taken care of. As a femalw, it’s hard to let my guard down to trust companies to provide honest quotes and services, but I immediately relaxed talking to John. I cannot emphasize enough how professional he was, and I could hear him taking full notes of every detail and ensuring the driver was equipped for the job/to meet clearances. I appreciated this beyond words, yet John still thanked me for my patience as he did this. It’s wonderful to experience kind customer service, but respectful, warm , and genuine customer service truly leaves an impression. Once John provided me with all the details for the service, the driver, Juan, arrived. Juan immediately greeted me with a smile and made me feel safe. He was incredibly professional from the first moment to the last. Once again, the level of detail and care that went into providing excellent service was incredible. He took extra precautions to ensure my vehicle was taken care of, not damaged, and the service was performed as if he asked me to imagine the most perfect job, and then some. There was no rush and he took the appropriate measures to do a great job. I also have to stress that this was not easy, my car is very low, and it was being towed into a parking spot in a tight parking garage while the driveshaft was engaged, locking the back wheels. Juan’s expertise and meticulous handling made the job look flawlessly easy when in reality the job was a big challenge, and he was incredibly optimistic and understanding the entire time. I tend to not worry about small details unless there’s a large misstep or a company intentionally misleads clients in their practices- I’ve had tow companies scratch or dent my car and not worried about it because I know it’s difficult to move cars in certain spaces or when they’re inoperable (as mine was). This practice of letting small issues go comes with the understanding that tow companies deal with a lot of stressful situations, harsh/physically demanding conditions, and angry people on a daily basis. However, I am almost ashamed to admit that I was shocked at the highly exceptional (deserving of “perfect”) level of service I was receiving with EZ Towing. Almost, because truthfully I’m genuinely astounded at how they remain so professional and kind even late at night when faced with likely stressful situations at the peak of holiday seasons. Their professionalism is worthy of praise and many more 5-star reviews than they have. Overall, whatever business practices are in place at EZ towing are working! I am saving them in my businesses list/contacts… hopefully I won’t need any tows in the foreseeable future, but I would happily put my trust in EZ Towing if I do. It’s been a tough year, but my experiences with John and Juan truly made it that much brighter. Thank you both, and to EZ Towing!

Honestly the best tow services I’ve ever done business with. After having needing a tow due to my motorcycle having a major electrical issues on my way to work and AAA dropping the ball, I was forced to find my own service. Not only were they readily available, but they worked with me on figuring out options when it came to getting my bike over 50 miles back home that were more realistic than just a direct tow line. Genuinely feel that this business is here to help and not like the others capitalizing on people in need like usual in this business.
