Fantastic customer service. I had an oil change and there were some issues that needed attention. I was thrilled that the mechanic didn't use high pressure tactics to get me to fix everything. He was thorough and explained what the priorities were. He tried diligently to help with costs and was patient as well. He restored my faith in dealership service departments! My mechanic was Tyler Benoit and he went above and beyond for me. He truly cared about my safety and did everything he could to make sure I could get back on the road.

Brought my new 2024 Edge for an oil change and was met by Taylor Benoit who was very courteous and knowledgeable and informative. They brought me in immediately although I arrived about 20 minutes early. Performed the oil change, other checks and inspections, rotation of tires in a timely fashion and reviewed all with me. Thank you Taylor... He's on top of things!!

Ford’s mobile service was fantastic! They came right to my house to do an oil change and tire rotation on both of my vehicles, making the whole process super convenient. The technician was professional, efficient, and friendly. Everything was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend this service for anyone looking for hassle-free maintenance. Will definitely use them again!

This is one of many Ford trucks I’ve had over the decades. The following is one of the reasons I keep coming back to Ford. Not just the quality truck, but in general, the service. I think most people agree, sadly, excellent service is the exception and not the rule these days. I received excellent service at your dealership! Living closer to Hendersonville I purchased this F150 six months ago from another dealer. When I went in for a scheduled oil change, they found a large screw in one of my tires (photo) .. Obviously, this never makes anyone happy and I was less happy when I found out the screw was too close to the side of the tire to be patched! Now, instead of a routine oil-change, I was looking at two new tire$! I did not want just one tire out of balance with the other three…. Then.. I find out The Ford dealership where I was did not have the Specific tires. Ugh. Having driven by your dealership, quite a few times since my daughter lives in Greenville, I made a quick call. I was not in a particularly happy frame mind, knowing I was going to be spending money on TWO new tires, I was however, happy with the incredibly friendly helpful and professional service I received promptly from the customer service agent who answered the phone at your dealership; Ariel. I gave Ariel the specifics on the tire. She quickly confirmed that you had them in stock and said she could have them put on today if I could get there fairly quickly. Next, of course, I questioned the price and told her I wasn’t thrilled… Who would be? She did some quick searching and found out there was a rebate, but I would have to get four tires… I turned that option down…These tires had less than 20,000 miles on them .. She asked me if I had checked my FordPass points Recently. I actually had not. She informed me that I had approximately $350 credit through my Ford Pass points. JACKPOT! She told me Danny would be the service contact when I pulled in to the service center. Danny was efficient and understanding and thorough, checking for alignment issues, And told me he could have the tires put on right away. I walked to grab a sandwich close by figured it was only about 35 minutes when I finished and I would be back waiting for my truck… When I walked back, the truck was in the parking lot waiting for me!! This Was adding up to be the best of an unexpected situation- And then to top it off…. When I went to the cashier to pay my bill for the two new tires, Tyler ( who was pleasant and efficient) located a former FordPass account I had had for a Ford Ranger that had a $10.credit. Another bonus! Understand it’s not just the money that I saved, It was the genuine care, Consideration and professionalism I experienced fromyour well-trained employees. Please give these three my best regards and as honorable mention, everybody I came into contact with at your dealership was friendly. Fairway Ford Just had a nice vibe.. well done! I was headed to auto parts store for a battery. Happened to just stop in the service department at Fairway Ford to see if they had one. They did. And they also installed that along with the positive terminal cable which was giving me trouble (could no longer tighten it). All with no appointment and only taking 20-30 minutes. The staff was Extremely courteous, friendly, helpful!!! I am very conservative with who works on my 2009 GT500. The staff handled my car with care. I will be back. Thank you to staff working last Saturday.
