It is called Feniks automotive or something like that. I went there for 2 reasons 1 they had good reviews 2 they had a very good price for a oil change that I needed. Everything was fine,then I noticed dropping my driveway at first I thought it was just moisture from the ac. Taking a closer look and finding out it was oil I took it back told the owner the situation he says I have to wait about an hour . I say ok ten minutes later he asks for the keys I give them to him. They lift the car up and he pointed to the drain plug . I asked how come they see that prior to me taking the car. He then goes on to say that it's stripped I say I don't see how he said look at the miles I said regardless of the miles every place I took it I never had it leak. Long story short I had to order the drain plug wait a couple days and they installed it. No charge. My thing is that it is standard procedure to check for leaks after every oil change . Yet he tried to blame it on the drain plug. .

Had rotor & brake pad replacement. Place was called Feniks. Used a Groupon deal. Little confusing because no sign out with name. The owner Stephan changed the vibe to positive. Edwin was a little arrogant and stiff. Work completed but never advised of burning smell which did go away. I was so concerned after parking in my garage I looked it up online.
