Johanna and her team was nothing short of exceptional!! From the very beginning of the accident. She helped coordinate the tow truck to have the car pick up and delivered to her shop. She worked directly with our insurance company and even secured our rental car for us. It was literally a one stop auto concierge service. When I picked up the car it felt like the whole car had been clay bared and fully detailed.. the paint finish was like glass. On the drive home I noticed how dialed in the car was. The steering was direct and tracked perfectly straight and there wasn’t a noise, rattle or clunk at all in the suspension. I can’t say enough good things about their shop!

Johanna(Jojo) was amazing from start to finish. Fashion and her took care of everything from start to finish got the car towed organized everything and got in touch with insurance to get me fully taken of, got me into a rental and the rest is history, they kept me updated through the entire process with photos and texts I didn’t have to do a thing, in the end the car came out looking and driving better then before the accident highly recommend them to anyone.
