The team is very welcoming. They explain things clearly and they make you feel comfortable and welcomed. There’s a stigma that shops will take advantage of you. But this was not the case they explained things clearly and with detail. Overall it was a great experience for me. I would highly recommend this shop as a top 🔝 tier automotive center.

Bi-annual smog check - quick and easy. I have an older vehicle that needs STAR certified smog check every two years. Called and got in the same morning. Friendly service, no trying to sell me stuff I don't need. Wished me Merry Christmas on the way out.

Christmas time. Driving from Northern Arizona to San Marcos. Strange noise in my car in the desert. A man by a bus converted to an RV, holding a sign “Need gas” helped me with Zip ties and roofing tape. In San Marcos my son-in-law recommended his mechanic at Fast Automotive Center. He called in the morning, parts were ordered that afternoon and the car was ready before noon the next day. Everyone I talked to was very nice, service was quick with no upselling and price was fair. Today I drove home, 330 miles, and my car runs great. I’ve even gained two more mpg. Thank you, Danny.

My vehicle was incorrectly diagnosed I was charged for repair over $1600 and the issue was not resolved after paying the almost $1700 for a solenoid replacement they said my transmission needed to be replaced. No credit from previous “repair”. They also claimed I needed brakes on front and rear I only needed rear brakes. They also aren’t truthful about the timeline. I will not be returning here for a thing. They drove the vehicle on Wednesday after I dropped it off on Monday and didn’t say anything until I called on Friday. I would recommend any other shop and save your time and money this was a bad experience to say the least and I’ve wasted a month and still don’t have a functioning vehicle please go somewhere else for service. I had to call them to get any update if I didn’t call them the car would sit for days at a time until I reached out. I also later found out there were several repairs needed that I was not informed about.
