Josh was a great guy. He assisted my family and I in our time off need. He dropped us off at the auto body shop as well. Super fast friendly service. Their service lived up to their name and I’m thankful for these guys.

My car broke down the Tuesday before new years. From the time I called for a tow to the time I saw the tow it was two mins. Dustin kept me calm through one beginning hell of a storm to now. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and has done an exceedingly wonderful job and fighting with my warranty company! He is very knowledgeable in what he does and has taken amazing care of my car! Josh who is the owner was a sweet, upfront person when it came to pricing. He has a wonderful staff and honesty is something that I intrust and they gave me no reason to feel otherwise. I truly will recommend them to the whole world. They have never steered me wrong and they simply exist to help customers and their attitudes are top notch!

I can't say enough good things about this place. We were on the tail end of a trip from Texas to New York and ran over something on the road that punctured our oil pan, stranding us at a gas station we managed to pull into. 3 adults and 2 kids not knowing what to do or who to call on a Saturday morning. Fast Friendly Repair & Towing came up on a Google search and Josh was so helpful from start to finish. He got us towed to his shop and even brought an extra vehicle so our family could stay together. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He kept us updated while we waited for a part and for the repairs to be done. We got our car back good as new just in time for us to head back home. Thank you for taking care of our family in a stressful situation.

Moved away several years ago and was back in town to help with some Family things, my transmission in my truck broke to the point of no repair. Josh and his team diagnosed, ordered and replaced the transmission in my truck in a timely manner and for a fair price. His communication and professionalism was appreciated. So was not being taken advantage of being stuck as I was.

I had a really good experience with Fast and Friendly Towing! Jason helped us and was excellent. Jason explained that he was on his way home when the tow request came though, and came right over within 10 min. Jason was super polite and friendly the entire time! Overall he was a really cool dude! Would highly recommend this company for any of your towing needs. Really lives up to its name.
