Fast Lane Oil Change

I took my car to fast lane yesterday and it was hands down the best oil change experience I have ever had. I was done in less than 30 minutes check in to check out and was never haggled about a single other add on or service. If you want a no hassle/ quick oil change this is the place.

Currently waiting over an hour and a half for an oil change…. They said after already waiting an hour that they were missing a filter needed for our oil change and would go to O’Reilly’s to pick it up. After a half hour we checked in only to be told the part still “hadn’t come yet.” Now we’re almost to two hours waiting for a “Fast Lane” oil change to occur and the technician just got in his car to drive and pick up the part, with our car opened up, drained, awaiting “service” this whole time. All they had to do was inform us before beginning that they were unable to perform the service… We would drive away if we possibly could. Highly disappointed, especially as about six cars in the middle lane have been serviced.

I have been getting services for my vehicles for 7 years and everything was wonderful. The right price and professional attention, until I met the manager Rafa . I get that you are busy and stressed about it but you have been doing this for over 25 years if I remember correctly. Mr. manager was very rude from the beginning. I asked him how long will take to get an oil change and smoke test. It took them over 1 hr to do it . 😕Long story short at checking out , I asked him why did he have such a horrible attitude and he responded “I have been the manger here for over 25 years and this is how I do things here and there is nothing you can do, as he was walking away from me without handing my car keys . Another employee aware of the situation did not hesitate and answered me. I had nightmares for the past two days about this Rafa manager . I will never come back to that place again. Someone please get him a refreshing course in how to threat a client properly, and clean the place for once.

The staff is nice but the manager is very rude! He tried to upsell me on the more expensive oil. I got my oil changed somewhere else and it was a very pleasant experience. I am glad I didn’t give Fast Lane my business

DO NOT GO HERE!! BAIT AND SWITCH! Came in for a smog. Since we were here, we decided to get the oil changed too. Waited 35 minutes to have the car looked at... not a problem. After another 35 min while the car was in the bay and being worked on, it was recommended to get a new $ air filter. After another 15 minutes, we were informed that the car was ready. While paying, we asked for the smog sticker. Only at that time, they told us that THEIR MACHINE WOULD NOT WORK to smog our truck! They were not even going to tell us!! The main reason...which we made clear... had to move our truck to the specific "smog bay"was to get a smog. I confronted as to why we were not informed asap that they were unable to smog and was given a blow off answer. Now the A/C is making noise, so I'm not even sure the filter was put in correctly! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Went to SMOG-IT on Anapamu St. They were very nice and did the smog in less than 10 minutes.
