I recently had an amazing experience at Fat Boys Tire Shop. Despite arriving just before closing, Mitch and Pedro went above and beyond to help me out with fast, efficient service. They didn’t hesitate to take me in, even when they could have easily turned me away. Their professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to customer service were truly outstanding. I left with my semi truck in great shape and a smile on my face. If you're ever in need of tire service, I highly recommend this shop for their dedication and top-notch service!

We had sudden car trouble during the middle part of our road trip. The team here were able to fit us in same day, explained the issue, and prioritized getting us back on the road before dark. They even provided a shuttle ride for us and our dog so we could explore Downtown Laramie while we waited. Super kind, really nice people, and affordable price. So thankful we happened upon this shop before getting into the more desolate part of the drive. Cannot recommend enough!

I visited several other shops around town but didn’t feel like I was getting the help I needed. When I reached out to Fat Boys, their customer service immediately stood out. They were kind, reassuring, and helped me figure out exactly what needed to be done. When I went in person, I was taken care of right away, and they had me back on the road in no time. Eric and Mitch were extremely helpful in getting my son's truck back on the road, fast and for a reasonable price. My son is a local college student and has very little spare time to deal with car issues. Eric was very accommodating and offered to assist my son with transportation to and from the shop. I’ve tried several shops in Laramie over the years, and Fat Boys Auto has been the best!!
