Great experience with Fazio brothers! Nelley, who works in the office, was super great! Thanks to her experience, kindness, and patience, my insurance claim went through without a hitch. The owners are no-nonsense, which is nice. This has been a great business to interact with, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for their auto body repair, especially if they are dealing with insurance. Five stars are well deserved as they offer peace of mind and take the damaged vehicle off your hands with ease.

I had a fender bender of my 2017 Honda Civic...and my insurance recommended Fazio Bros, they had nice reviews so I took the car there for repair. The staff took care of my needs, they were very professional and kept me updated with the status of the repairs. I will recommend them to others, and in the future if I need anything done on my car, I will take it to them. Here is a before and after.

I had an unfortunate experience with Fazio Brothers Collision that left me with significant concerns about their estimating practices. After an in-person assessment, I was informed that my vehicle would require an entire new bumper and driver-side rear quarter panel. However, the written estimate submitted to my insurance company reflected only 0.8 hours of labor and $45 in parts—a drastic undervaluation that seemed designed to cut costs at my expense. This disconnect between the personnel inspecting the vehicles and those generating estimates for insurance purposes is troubling. It raises questions about transparency and accountability in their process, as well as the potential financial impact on customers. While I will acknowledge that their phone representatives were courteous, I strongly caution others to consider alternative service providers to avoid similar experiences. Based on my interaction, I would not recommend Fazio Brothers Collision for vehicle repair services.

My insurance company recommended Fazio brothers after my car was hit while parked. Exceptional services from beginning to end. Everyone that I interacted with was extremely respectful, kind and walked me through the entire process. I appreciate the care that was only put into fixing my car but also with customer service. Had a great experience!

I recently had my car repaired by Fazio, and I must say the service was excellent. They demonstrated GREAT understanding of my situation and guided me through the entire process. Not only was my car completed within the expected timeframe, but they also went the extra mile to reassure me and take preventative measures to avoid a similar incident in the future.
