They have ALWAYS gone above & beyond to take care of all of our family's auto service needs for many years. Whether I was talking to Jim (the owner) or one of the mechanics (Joe or Jesus), they take the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle's issues & the cost of repairs needed. I greatly appreciate their strong work ethic & terrific customer service!!!

Used to be a great shop. Not sure what happened, but the last couple times I've been in, I was rooked. Went in for an alignment, they told me I need new tires on the front. So I paid for an alignment and two new tires. A couple weeks later I went back because the truck was pulling hard to the right. They told me I needed new tires on the front and that the alignment was fine. What? The tires were less than a month old, and if the alignment is fine, why do I need two new tires?

I'm a delivery driver and while I was on a route in Painesville, I ran over a nail that got stuck in the wall of my tire. Not being familiar with the area, and in a panic, I called the nearest area I googled that recommended Federicos. They were a godsend to get me in an hour later during the week before Christmas! I knew I needed new tires, so I ended up buying all 4 new ones that cost almost $400 less than what my dealership had quoted on 4 different brands. I'm extremely thankful they took the time to get me in asap and replace my tires for me. I will be coming back again! Thank you guys so much!!

Have used them for over 15 years. Friendly service, and very helpful. They are more then just tires, offering oil changes and work. My Accord is still running after 240k miles, and I give Federico some of the credit for helping it last so long. Jim even looked, for free, at a used car my son was thinking of buying. Federico is what a local business should be, they support the community, helping youth sports teams, the chamber of commerce, and other local organizations.

I've been taking my vehicles here for years. They've always been super honest and upfront with me. There have been a few times when they could have changed a part that didn't need it and I wouldn't have known but instead they told me honestly when a part didn't need to be replaced. Place is nice and clean now with the new remodel. And it's nice they have a loaner vehicle so I'm not without a vehicle while they work.
