Fine for the most part. My daughter brought her car in (car is in my name) for repair. They found a cam cover leaking oil and recommended replacing that as well. As an engineer, I would like to have reviewed that first, but everything happened to fast. :)

I had my appointment for service Wednesday I dropped my car off Monday they told me are you aware that there’s a two day turnaround time I said that’s fine that’s why I brought it early well what good did that do me as I’m still without a car and had they told me they’d be keeping it on Monday until now Thursday which it still hasn’t been diagnosed or touched I would’ve rented me a car but if I don’t get my car back before the end of business Saturday I’ll be changing those 3 stars to zero 0. Update original post was 10/17 I’m writing this before I go to sleep Friday night 10/18 in the wee hours of the night… ok so I got my vehicle back and let me just say that a little patience goes a long way although there were a few bumps in the road like (service being backlogged) and taking days to diagnose my vehicle and the usual turnaround is one day and I waited two full days I’m happy with the service I received. Everything was covered under my warranty and my 21 Blazer drives better than ever. Thank you Bill and Matt and the service team at Feldman I’ll surely be back for routine maintenance. I’m changing my stars to four. Because I always say there’s always room for improvement.

I have a brand new 2024 Chevy trax. I’ve had it less than a year, it has just under 18,000 miles on it. I bought it from this dealership in Novi. There was a leak somewhere in my vehicle which resulted in mold in the carpet. I had been on a list for two months to bring my car in as the mold continued to grow and the floors continued to be wet anytime it rained or I got a car wash & get a loaner. It took me going through a friend of the dealership to finally get some results of getting my car in. When my car was ready I was met with the worst consumer service I’ve ever experienced in my life picking up my vehicle that you had for 3 weeks. I went through 4 different people who all ignored me at first glance, two specifically that let me stand there while they finished their conversation about how great their vacation to traverse city was for almost 4 minutes, I know because I kept looking at the time on my phone, as I had to get back to work. Not once did they look at me or greet me they just continued on with their conversation until they were finished. Then instead of getting out of their chair and helping me told me to go find my service tech. Once I finally found someone to help me return the loaner and pick up my vehicle, I was asked to bring the loaner truck key back and then I was good to go. When I brought the truck key back I was told “actually I need you to pull the car around” great customer service, I’m on my lunch break picking up my car but sure I’ll go ahead and do your job for you. Thanks. When I pulled the truck into the service shop 2 men looked around it to make sure I hadn’t damaged or scratched the vehicle. Got into the car and told me I needed to go fill up the 100$ gas tank. I own a Chevy trax, costs about 30$ to fill up. In hindsight had I not been a scared women in a room full of men looking at her like an idiot I wish I would have told you to go fill it up yourself. You are the dealership who sold me a faulty car, then had my car for 3 weeks and gave me a truck that costs 3x as much to fill the gas tank up. Why is it my responsibility to then fill your car up? My car being sold to me faulty has absolutely nothing to do with you. You should have taken the financial burden, not me. In addition, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the screen, even though since I’ve gotten it back it’s acted up 4x. I’ve had the car back for less than a week. In addition to all of this, my car came back to me completely dirty. It hadn’t been washed or cleaned, dusty inside & out. Who knows if you even fixed anything. I am so dissatisfied with this experience and the vehicle you sold me, I am going to turn it in and get a ford vehicle in the next few weeks.
