I had a disappointing experience with this collision shop. Upon receiving my vehicle after repairs, I discovered several pieces were either not attached or missing altogether. This is a serious violation of trust, as customers should not have to inspect their vehicles to ensure the work was completed properly. While the dealership did address these issues immediately, it should never have reached that point. Additionally, I was charged $750 for a cracked windshield on their loaner vehicle. Given the exorbitant cost of the windshield, the dealership should provide windshield insurance coverage on loaner vehicles to protect their customers from such unexpected and excessive charges. I was really hoping to find an excellent dealership to purchase my next vehicle from, unfortunately, due to this experience, I will have to look elsewhere, even if it means traveling farther. I encourage other customers to thoroughly inspect their vehicles after repairs and to avoid similar frustrations.

I had a terrible experience with Feldman Collision. I gave them my car to fix after an accident, but later found out it was a total loss for the insurance company. When I went to retrieve my car, they had removed the front bumper and refused to put it back on, claiming it was damaged from the accident. This shows how incompetent they are! They didn’t do any repairs, yet still caused more problems. To make it worse, when I expressed my frustration, they just stood by and watched without offering any help or resolution. Their ability to manage upset customers is awful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

My daughter (20 years old) took her Traverse here after a minor accident. They tore the vehicle apart way beyond what was needed and made sure to make it as hard as possible for her to want to keep the vehicle once the insurance deemed it totaled. They took more parts off then needed to photograph damage, and refused to put any of them back on. I called the Manager to give him the opportunity to help a young girl looking for a new car (Hint Hint). However he chose to let her drive away. I assume they were hoping she chose to leave the car for them but she needs to sell the vehicle and get every dollar she can for a down payment. The Traverse was totally fine to drive when she brought it. It had a dented front bumper and fender. I wouldn't recommend and won't be back to Feldman.

Very polite and helped me find answers to replace a trim on my brand new car that is already falling off. Today’s cars are so poorly put together from the factory which is the unfortunate part.

I have dealt with Steve and Isabelle over the course of the past week regarding a vehicle we had towed there. Easy to work with, very good communication and they both kept me up to date on progress. They answered all my questions and called me back very promptly when I left a message. Hope to never need them again, but would not hesitate to tow one in there if I do. Thanks for your help.
