Was a good parts resource for a long time but now they will not even look for parts that are of great value to a buyer. Owners that don't know their business will continue to fail if they are not rippin you off.

I reached out to customer service and ordered a Fender with the fender flare and parking sensor attached. I only needed those two parts, but the rep said they don’t sell them separately. Undeterred, the rep found a Fender with the flare and sensor and sent me the link to pay. They said the item would be ready by morning. The next morning, I called to check on my order, but they said there was a mix-up and the item wasn’t ready. This was super frustrating because I only had a day to work on the car. I had to wait another day for it to arrive. When I went to pick it up the next morning, I was disappointed to find that it only had the fender without the flare or the sensor. I told the staff about this issue, but they all gave me blank stares. Their response was super unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help me. I asked them to check their yard for any other fender flares for my vehicle. I waited for half an hour, but they couldn’t find any. Since I didn’t need the fender, I asked for a refund. The staff told me to take my receipt to the front desk to process the refund. But I didn’t have my receipt because they took it from me when I first arrived. So, they all started frantically searching for it. When I returned to the front desk, I explained the situation to the staff, and they asked if the part was still in the yard. I confirmed that it was, and they said someone would come and tell the staff to process the refund. But I didn’t feel comfortable with their strange way of confirming my refund. I left the store feeling really disappointed and frustrated. To my dismay, it’s been over two weeks since I asked for the refund, and I still haven’t gotten it. I just sent an email to the company to get them to process my refund. I’m writing this review to share my experience and let others know how terrible it was. From the first phone call to the refund process, everything was just plain awful. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with the company’s lack of customer service and attention to detail.

I called and made sure they had the part I was looking for. They confirmed they did, but when I got there I realized the salesman didn’t mention that they’d get in touch with me within 24 hours after I paid. I drove almost an hour there in a rental because I’m without my truck. The gal at the sales counter went into the back and had them pull it on the spot, I didn’t even have to ask! They were all very accommodating and polite. Not to mention the place is the cleanest parts store I’ve ever been in. I hope I don’t have the need but if I ever do, I’d make the drive again!

Still listed as a u-pull yard! Drove a long way for nothing. Somebody should take the initiative to correct the online listings that are still showing this business as a u-pull location. Fox auto u-pull site is still active and links to Fenix u-pull site which is still active.

What an absolute miserable experience. Ordered and PAID for a part on fri 9/6/24, was told it would be ready for pick-up at Michigan location by wed/thu the following week. Called on friday 9/13/24, got passed around to 5 different people that couldn't find my order. Finally someone is able to figure out that they took my payment, but never actually ordered my part. So, my part was supposedly ordered "again" on Mon 9/16. Because of the hassle, i was told that a manager would be involved and it would be a rush order, per my request. I was also told that it should be at the Michigan location by Wed 9/18. Its not. Supposedly its in Ohio. Now I'm being told that this was NEVER a rush order. I keep being told "I'm going to talk to my manager about this", but I am not believing that. No one can provide me a tracking number. No one can provide me a shipping order. Ive never received an actual invoice, so I'm pretty much counting on a wrong part. And I'm betting my wrong part still won't be here by this Fri 9/20. I'm not sure what to believe from these sales people at this point! You cannot speak to anyone that is physically at the Michigan location, the phones are forwarded to a sales center in IL, which makes it even more frustrating. 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend.
