This is THE Auto Repair to go to, I’ve been driving for over 30+ years and with many repairs and maintenance stops over the years, this place was just a pleasure to work with. I was recommended by a friend, I live I Queens, driving for 30+ minutes was well worth it. Most important part of the experience is the fact that this place has seasoned, experienced and professional mechanics, proper diagnosis, expert repairs. Price - let’s just say, I was expecting to pay much more.

Used to go here for years, took my cars and my family's cars and always recommended it. Last time I dropped off my car in the morning before 9am they said it would be ready in a couple hours. Called 4 hours later, and they said they had cars from the night before and they would try to get it in soon. Then they gave the phone to the new "manager" (Mike passed away they said, god bless) who gave me an attitude said maybe by the end of the day, I just asked to clarify what that meant (5pm, 6pm, 7pm), and he wouldn't say then just said "we will get to it when we get to it" with an attitude. Then said just to take it and bring it another day. I asked if you were so backed up, why couldn't you just tell me in the morning when I brought it, then I wouldn't have wasted the whole day. No answer, just told me "well we are very busy." I mean, he literally acted like he was doing me a favor by me bringing my car to him. Keep giving this type of customer service and you won't be busy much longer. There's many other places that will actually treat you with respect. With Mike gone, looks like this place is going to rot. Guess they didn't learn any customer service skills from him.

If there is zero star to give, I would like to give zero star. The boss and the guy outside to pump the tire are all asian racist. We have waiter for almost 30 mins IN LINE to pump our tires and they let an American white people go right IN FRONT OF us to pump. Its really bad, I always went to this shop to do my maintenance and I will never ever go back again.

I love Ferraris, they are the best. My wife and I have been going there for years. Mike is so friendly and kind and reasonably priced. I actually went there to get my brakes replaced on my truck. I brought my own parts. I know most places won't do that. I actually had a friend of mine who owns his own mechanic shop who would not do it for me. Needless to say, he's no longer a friend. I asked Mike he said absolutely, bring it in tomorrow and we'll take care of it. They are very busy which I guess it's not a bad thing because they are so reputable and honest. Chris helped me out at the counter that day. He was a gentleman and very friendly. I highly recommend. Ferraris auto repair if you need something done on your car with reasonable price and honesty which is very hard to find these days.

As far as I can tell there's a few different mechanics that work in the shop but I dealt with chris. I had my truck towed there with the engine in the bed because another mechanic left me high and dry over the course of nearly two months. Chris called me 3 days later and told me the job was done. Upon opening the hood everything looked Factory. Could not be happier. If you're looking for an honest mechanic look no further.
