Final Phase Auto Collision

Plan simple Final Phase is the place to go for your body shop needs. They have such amazing staff, Chris and everybody did a great job. They showed so much professionalism and care during the process of repairing my vehicle. I am so thankful that I was able to have communication back-and-forth updating me throughout the process. My car was completed with care and quality and I will always look to use Final Phase if ever needed in the future.

If your thinking about going anywhere, Make sure it’s Final Phase Auto Collision. This place takes the cake for service. From the amazing owner Christopher. And the staff (Talia) who I could contact for any questions and is quick to respond. And to the people who made my car look brand new. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I never made a review before but this is an exception, I truly never thought a process to fix my car could be so quick and easy.

Good things come to those who can wait, the Final Phase! This was my first experience with Final Phase! Hope it’s my last 😂 From the moment I entered the shop everyone was pleasant, friendly, helpful and patient! They were expecting me and all my documents were in a folder awaiting my arrival. When you’re in physical pain these simple gestures become extremely important. As they inspected my vehicle, I was reassured that I didn’t have anything to worry about! Because the shop is on a Main Street (Islip NY), hence the location, I checked in on my vehicle from time to time and Final Phase displayed the same gestures every time. Needless to say from the photographs, I am extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship performed on my vehicle, at Final Phase! They called the rental company(enterprise) and they were there in minutes! When the rental needed to be extended Final Phase manage as well. Lastly, upon picking up my vehicle, they returned the rental for me, which was the Final Phase! PS: Chris the owner was available after hours, when I called the shop for an update. He understood my concerns give me his cell number in the moment and agreed to follow up in the morning! Final phase did a wonderful job on my car, after a fender bender left me in need of a new hatch and bumper. They communicated every step of the way! Everyone at the shop was nice and welcoming! They really care about their work! My car came out of the shop better looking and clean than when I got it from the dealership! I will recommend them to anyone needing work done! Thanks everyone at final phase!

About a month ago my husband was rear-ended and final phase took great care of us and our vehicle. They worked with the at fault insurance and made the process so easy for us. On top of fixing our vehicle they detailed the inside and we couldn’t be happier to have our car back. Thank you guys!
