Fine Line Auto Body at Twins Buick GMC

I am very pleased with my experience with Bryan, Shanon and the team at Fine Line Auto at the Twins Buick. In the end, they made my car look and function like new after a deer collision. Their paint work was high-quality as well as their body work; they were able to take my car to a mechanic for any repairs they didn’t specialize in-house. Although I was displeased with the time estimation of when they said they could complete the work and sometimes not being as responsive, in the end I still give five stars for a review because they were very fair and they had a great attitude throughout the whole process. They were also able to accommodate for my budget and still do great quality repairs. Would highly recommend.

We had some bumper damage to our Yukon from a coyote, and it looks brand new now. Fine Line was easy to work with, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and the repairs look great. They worked well with our insurance company, even finishing ahead of schedule. Highly recommend Fine Line.

To tell you the truth, I believe it is Shannon that works the front desk...she was the best part of the process. She kept us informed throughout the whole process. The work that was done, however, was not impressive. We had to come back to get a seal on the door and the bottom trim piece of the door corrected. Additionally, the key fob was returned with one side full of white paint.

Extremely professional and very courteous! They took time explain it to me what happened to my car, and took great care too. Those things that were wrong with my car. I have a Mercedes and those cars are difficult to work on, but they were extremely knowledgeable. And as a female that made me feel safe. Bryan is the man!
