Great experience and awesome work! Came in with a replacement mirror part for this used car I just bought, was looking for an estimate and to book an appointment. The nice gentleman in the right office desk helped me out and gave me a reasonable verbal estimate. Said they could do it asap and the mechanics were able to install the mirror and fixed a pushed out panel all within 1 hour! The estimate was exactly what I paid, no extra little fees or taxes hidden at checkout! Really awesome experience I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Fine Line. The work I had done was a fair price and high quality. I was given a rental car at a discounted rate to use while my car was in the shop, and all work was done in the amount of days they originally estimated. My car looked brand new when I picked it up, and my door and bumper matched the color of my car perfectly. Everyone I spoke with at Fine Line was kind and accommodating to any request I had. Will definitely come back here for any auto body repairs in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! The staff are super friendly and took the time to explain the costs and parts associated with my repair. They gave me an estimate, ordered the parts and had the repair finished all within less than a week. The work was flawless and cost literally 1/3rd of the price compared to nearby shops’ estimates. Especially as a girl who doesn’t know much about cars/repairs, I am really grateful for the transparency in pricing: trustworthy group taking care of customers. You’ve gained a loyal customer. Fine Line Auto Body Grandview is absolutely AMAZING! They were such a blessing, a help in one of the most stressful/painful moments in my life. They were very caring and compassionate when it came to customer service and solutions for me and my car accident. I have a Mercedes Benz and was hit by an uninsured motorist. I was extremely upset, but they made the repair process seamless and so stress free! They were able to do what the dealership could do at a fraction of the price! I am so very grateful for their help and I just pray a blessing over this business and all those involved in assisting me with my Auto Body repair in Jesus name! ❤️🙌🏾🔥

They do very good work and I choose them specifically because they could get my car in the day I requested. The repair took a long time due to the holiday season and part issues, but that wasn’t anything they could control. The only thing I would suggest improving is how well they communicate with their customer. I would call and ask them to update me, but would have to end up having to call them back the next day because they didn’t call me with an update. A very minor thing, but it would have made the experience a little less stressful. Overall. A very good experience.
