This was one of the BEST car service experiences ever!! I was able to just drop in to get an estimate for a non- insurance repair. The estimate was completely fair, reasonable, and accurate. I was able to get my car in right away, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted...no surprise charges! The repair looks amazing!!...better than I could have hoped for. They did excellent quality work, and the color match is perfect! They even completed the job earlier than expected. I was also unexpectedly, but pleasantly surprised, that they took the extra time and effort to clean my car inside and out. Tire shine included! The staff at Fine Line in Lewis Center was easy to work with through the whole process and they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all my questions/concerns regarding the repair I wanted on my car. I will strongly recommend the team at Fine Line Auto Body in Lewis Center for any auto body repair needs. I will definitely use their services again, if needed. As a customer, this business exceeds all expectations. It was transparent with pricing, Joe and the office staff provided tremendous (5-star) service regarding updates even offering me a ride instead of having to wait for a taxi. Then on top of all this, the body work done on my car (which is impossible to find for Tesla in this city) was flawless and returned it to looking brand new. It was a no-hassle, seamless transaction with a result that was better than I could have dreamed. I definitely will use this location for repeat business!

After shattering my rear window and breaking the rear wiper motor I was worried about the damage & having to deal with insurance! The staff here were wonderful & made the process seamless! They even had rental cars on site which was very convenient. They also worked with me on my deductible which was a big relief! The repairs took a little longer than expected due to them receiving the wrong parts, however it was worth the wait since the end result was perfect! My car looked better than it originally did. They also matched the paint perfectly on the trunk area where it was damaged & washed & cleaned the entire car. I am very happy with the end result!
