Mike and his crew did an outstanding job on my car. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was repaired to perfection. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained all the work that needed to be done, and handled communication with my insurance company. My car looks as good as new, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of their work. The customer service was exceptional, and I could tell they genuinely care about their clients. After living in the area since 1998, I still hadn’t found a body shop I could trust and enjoyed doing business with. Fine Line Auto Body on North High is my go to from now on. Super friendly, great communication, and experts in their field and working with insurance companies. I have finally found a place I can trust. We had an excellent experience with Fine Line in Clintonville! After filling out the online estimate request form on a Sunday night, Mike was able to get us in for an estimate on Monday and repairs on Tuesday. He took time and explained the process clearly so we knew what to expect. The office manager Dawana was also immensely helpful, dealing with our insurance company and keeping us updated throughout. The repairs were completed sooner than expected and the car is good as new! We'll definitely be back--although hopefully not too soon!--and will recommend them without hesitation.

I am elderly and had been to two different body shops where after much discussion I received estimates that I thought were high. My last stop was “Fine Line Auto Body at 5022 N High Street Columbus Ohio 43214.” It was a very warm day ; and Mike and his employees offered me a seat , water, and coffee. Mike worked quickly ,efficiently ; and gave me a fair , upfront , estimate in writing. He communicated with my insurance adjuster, kept me informed and patiently explained everything.My car was finished on time. This is an amazing business, Mike the Manager is so helpful and professional. I hope to not need bodywork soon but if that day comes again, I would not go anywhere else. This business is truly an asset to the community
