Do not get your vehicle repaired here. Last month my husband hit a deer on the way to work. We've never had an issue with our vehicle prior to this. Best car ever. There was extensive front end damage. After the Insurance paying them thousands to fix everything including extra things they had found later they called my husband in a hurry to have him come pick it up. They said they closed at 6 but would wait for him. He picks up our vehicle they lock the door and go home. He makes it a mile and a half down the road before going to get on the highway and realizing it won't get past about 50 mph. He calls them first thing the following day and they said they had nothing to do with that and it must have happened during the wreck. So they submitted it to the Insurance to be covered. The Insurance adjuster agreed it should be covered. Now they want us to pay 500 more to diagnose something they should have found in the first place to decide if they believe it was caused by the accident. I personally believe they knew it would be totaled if everything was reported. That would have lost them money so the engine and related components we're never properly inspected although they were in close proximity to the damage. So now since I won't be gambling with a company I have no reason to trust we will be repairing a vehicle ourselves that should have been covered by Insurance or completely totaled!

Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work done. Thank you guys in the back shop for all your hard work. As for the personnel in the office, you guys definitely went out of your way to get things processed and taken care of the way it should. my truck looks great! Without a doubt. Bryan and I believe is Jackie you guys really took care of me and you guys definitely took care of my deductible without a question. 👍🏼👍🏼

Cassie made sure I received my estimate and answered all my questions to my satisfaction Terrence transported me home and assisted whenever I asked about something I needed. The entire team assisted from beginning to end. They assisted with car rental and Enterprise provided the rental right to the shops front door. The repair of my vehicle looks great! I received everything I asked for. FineLine you go above and beyond, therefore I recommend your services to the public. 😊

I got work done on the axle of my Honda Civic 2019 after i was the victim of a hit and run accident Carrie was the sweetest help god sent down. She made sure i was extremely comfortable throughly through the process. Terrence was more than knowledgeable and his persistence to make sure i got the help i needed is appreciated and im very grateful i was connected to these two and this shop did amazing work.
