The one time I've actually been able to get serviced here was great. Every other time I'm not even able to get my car seen. I understand they're busy. That's not the issue. The issue is they tell walk-ins that they can wait when they know very well they're booked up. Even making an appointment doesn't work. They overbook appointments and then forget to actually let you know that your appointment's been cancelled when they finally realize they're overbooked. Just communicate and be upfront with customers.

Omar provided exceptional service at Firestone Complete Auto Care. He made the process quick and seamless, ensuring we were in and out efficiently. Not only was he approachable and easy to talk to, but he also took the time to educate us about tires, explaining the difference between run-flat tires and regular tires. His knowledge and willingness to share made the experience both productive and enjoyable. Highly recommend

This is not my first visit to Firestone on Lincoln in Santa Monica and I have always gotten quality service, however , Omar really outdoes himself and delivers the best , knowledgeable customer service. He know his stuff and explains in detail the issues . I’m grateful that he works in a location near my home , especially during these difficult times in SoCal. I’m very underwhelmed. I have been waiting 2.5 hours and they have yet to START on my car. It wouldn’t be a big deal but they could have at least told me the wait would be so long. I’m not even sure how much longer until they begin. I also just wanted specific services and was almost upsold 150 dollars for things I didn’t know were optional. The prices online were dramatically different from in person because of those extra unnecessary things they were trying to sell that I only noticed after viewing the estimate. I was only able to see a semi-reasonable price after I verbally declined those additions which they never told me I could decline until I asked. A little more compassion from the staff would be appreciated as well. I understand this job can be frustrating but more kindness never hurts. Not cool.

Employee Tim was unusually helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. No upselling. Checked my faulty license plate light situation without charge. I thought I may have needed air cleaner filter, they checked, said it was fine for a while yet. I appreciate the honesty, rare nowadays. Tim should be a valued employee.
