Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went in for an oil change. The manager gave me their seasonal discount and the oil change was fine. Suddenly they found a nail in my tire that they "couldn't remove." I didn't have the presence of mind to ask them to show me the nail itself, but I checked the tires after I got the car back. I couldn't see the nail and the car ran fine - no tire pressure light, no noises. I was getting nervous about this mysterious nail, thinking it might be really deep in there, so I decided to take my car to a different, highly rated, tire shop in NY. The guys took a look at it and told me there wasnt just one nail - there were two- but they were so tiny (tacks?) that they didn't even pierce into the tire. They pulled them out then and there and I didn't have any problems. 🤷🏽‍♀️ The staff were friendly at this Firestone but I don't think I'll be coming back.

This place needs more auto maintenance techs. I made a reservation for a simple alignment two weeks ago and was told I had to leave the car all day. The Manager is a very nice guy as are the techs so this rating is for corporate and the District Manager since this is a corporate location. The Execs should focus on giving their associates the support they need to provide excellent service. I only keep coming because I have a lifetime alignment I bought.

The original service person who helped us (Jonathan or Joshua-we are not sure of his name) was excellent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained everything to us very clearly which helped us make our decision as to which tires we should buy. The tires were ordered for us and when we returned the person helping us (not sure of name) was also excellent. To make our long wait shorter he even went to help the person putting on our 4 tires which we appreciated very much. Based on these 2 individuals, we definitely highly recommend the Firestone Stamford Connecticut location.

Brought my 2011 Honda Accord to Firestone for the purchase and installment of 2 rear tires. Spoke with Norman who was very helpful and thorough in regards to my options. Left car and 3 hrs later I received a call from Norman saying my car was ready. I am very pleased with the entire experience and would not hesitate to use Firestone again for any future servicing needs.

Luis was so helpful and welcoming. Also the report I received via email was very complete with red yellow and green to identify results of the inspection. It included pictures of the car parts which I thought was very helpful. Communication was great via email and phone calls. Great team there.
