Hey guys, so this was my first time at this Firestone it took a lot more time than I expected because the previous people St.clair Tires that worked on my car ruined it‼️ cost me more repairs because of their jackedup Work‼️ I got a caliber, rotor and pads! Darrin did a great job! It cost me but I’m back rolling… for now‼️ cars are pimps so it’s more work that has to be done to my car but I’m most def taking it back to him!

On Sunday 11/3/24 i had a flat tire. 3 hours away from home and an hour before this Firestone location closed and I pull in with a flat tire. They quickly assessed my tire, the inside radial was showing and the tire was bad. I was heading to the airport so they quickly put a new tire on my car and within 30 minutes I was back on the road. Thank you so much to the young lady and tech that was working that day. I will be going to my local Firestone this week to get the other 3 tires replaced and will continue to use Firestone for all of our future tire needs!! Your customer service was on point!! Thank you 😊

Staff was very nice and accommodating. But the bathroom was out of order and the store was dirty. Walls and trash can horrible.

Last year I had a tire rotation, and during the removal of the tire one of the tech broke a bolt which the tire goes on, and didn't offer to repair it, only took me the cost to fix it. I felt the tech should at least cover half of the cost through Firestone. I have been a customer for year and I was very disappointed. When I spoke with Nissan dealership they quoted, that Firestone supposed had repair the issue. I still bring my car here for oil change, but for only minor issue. I feel that some customer are taking advantage of, and it affect Firestone reputation. Thank you
