Went in for warranty tire slow leak repair. That went ok, but then told one TPMS sensor had failed, and it would be $200 to replace. Discussed with the sales rep and then the manager my frustration that the sensor was working fine at drop-off, but was now broke. They shrugged and said sensors fail sometimes. When I got in the vehicle, all 4 sensors were not reporting PSI to vehicle. I called manager over. He scanned all sensors, and they synced up just fine. When I asked what the deal was, he said "sensors do that". Bottom line: They tried to charge me for something that wasn't broke and then offered no explanation or apology when I figured out their game. Dishonest repairs are the worst and I will actively encourage everyone I know to avoid this location. It appears that this goes all the way to store manager.

I recently went to the Grand River Road location in Novi for an oil change and had a very frustrating experience. I was told the service would take 90 minutes, but it ended up taking over two hours because they didn’t have an oil filter on hand and didn’t inform me upfront. This lack of communication was frustrating, and I would have appreciated more transparency. To make matters worse, when I finally got my car back, it was left running with the doors unlocked, which is a serious safety concern. Overall, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Further, after reaching out to customer service, they informed me that I would be contacted by the store manager on the next business day - it has now been 5 days and I have not heard anything back from them. Stay away from this place.

Manager Jim and John are PHENOMENAL. The entire team @ Wixom Firestone are professional, courteous, and trustworthy. I have been going to this location for years and they always do exactly what needs to be done; no more, no less -- all at a reasonable price. I appreciate their honesty and transparency in everything they do, which is why I will be a customer of theirs for years to come!

Absolutely terrible. I took it there for a belt, took them 3 days. Took it back to them a few days later, they say they have to flush the coolant and change a thermostat. Two days later it was back there again. Tell me oh it may be a blown head gasket but well change this in the radiator it'll be ready in two days. Well after 4 days I had to call and ask. Got told another two days. Two days later, one more day. Get the car back they tell me they didn't even check for a blown head gasket and the guy at the desk wasn't really sure which part they fixed. I of course didn't make it home. Spent about $4,000 because of this place and my car is worse than the first time I brought it to them. No communication from this place, had my car for a basically a month, a few thousand down the drain. Highly Recommending taking your car anywhere else.

Fleet car issued to me with no tread on tires . Jim and Ben were helpful and professional. This location is very close to me which is convenient. Great job , Firestone Wixom!
